Product Exchange & Refunds Policy

At AromeauxTherapy + Co, each product is crafted with care and intention.
Due to the nature of our handmade offerings, we do not provide refunds.

Exchanges Only — for Damaged Items:
We are happy to offer an exchange for the same item if your order arrives damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please email photos of the damaged product(s) to:

Important Notes:

• Photo evidence must be submitted via email to qualify for an exchange.

• Exchanges are available for the same item or item of same price value at time of purchase only.

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Order Holding Policy:
We will hold paid orders for up to 30 days after the purchase date or pickup agreement date.
After 30 days, unclaimed orders will be considered forfeited and returned to inventory.
