At Aromeaux Therapy + Co, each product is carefully crafted and prepared with intention. Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and make it right.
Refund Eligibility
Approved issues may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion once the claim has been reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles, fragrance products, and custom or limited-edition items cannot be returned or refunded.
